Register your restaurant, enter your total tables (e.g. 10 tables), and set up your MPIN. Dine-In Flow automatically generates unique, tamper-proof QR codes for every table. Download high-res PDFs and place them on dining tables.
2. AI Menu Photo Upload
Don't waste time typing dishes manually! Simply snap or upload a photo of your paper menu card. Our built-in AI scanner parses dish titles, prices, categories, and veg/non-veg tags in 5 seconds.
3. Scan & Order (No App Required)
Customers sit at a table, open their camera, and scan the QR code. They view your digital menu, select items, and submit their order directly from their browser. No app install or registration needed.
4. Live Kitchen Alerts & Chat
The moment an order is placed, your Live Kitchen POS plays a loud chime alert and displays the ticket. You can update status (`Preparing` -> `Served`) and chat live with customers for any special instructions.
5. Counter Bill & Direct UPI
When dining is complete, customer taps "Settle Bill". They pay using QR code or direct UPI intent (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Counter admin verifies with 1-click and table status automatically resets to Available!

Do customers need to download an application to order?
No! Customers simply open their smartphone camera app, scan the QR code on the table, and the digital menu opens instantly in their web browser.
Where do customer payments go?
Customer payments go directly to your restaurant's bank account or UPI ID (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Razorpay). Dine-In Flow never holds or delays your earnings.
What happens when platform dues reach ₹100?
When your platform balance reaches ₹100, you receive a 2-day grace period notice on your dashboard to complete your payment. If dues remain unpaid after 2 days, customer QR scanning & ordering are temporarily suspended until cleared. Your dashboard login remains 100% active.
Is there any monthly subscription or registration fee?
No monthly locking or registration fees! You pay only ₹0.50 per verified customer order on a simple pay-as-you-go model.
How do I print QR codes for my restaurant tables?
Go to the Tables section on your partner dashboard and click "Download All QR Codes PDF". Print the high-quality PDF and place it on your dining tables.
How do customers request cutlery, extra water, or napkins?
Customers can tap the clean green circular Floating Action Button (FAB) at the bottom-right corner of their screen to chat directly with kitchen and counter staff in real time.
What happens if a customer scans a table QR code but does not order?
Dine-In Flow features a smart 10-minute auto-release system! If a scanned table remains inactive for 10 minutes without an active order, the system automatically resets the table status back to Available. You can also manually toggle table status with 1-click on your Live Floor Plan.
Can I download tax receipts and custom date range financial statements?
Yes! Customers can download itemized PDF tax receipts directly from their order tracking page. Restaurant partners can select any custom Start Date and End Date range (or Weekly) on the Billing Portal to download official PDF financial statements.
